Stephanie Miller is the Chef and Owner of Butterhorn and the Owner of Shelter Belt in Bismarck, North Dakota. According to the restaurant’s website, Butterhorn serves food with a “French and Italian influence.” Shelter Belt offers this vibey, ’70s-feeling Bismarck spot offers casual bites like their Tenderloin Sliders, Walleye BLT, and Wild Boar Bratwurst. Growing up, she fell in love with cooking with her grandmothers and frequently made meals by herself for her large family at a very young age.
She is a contestant in season 19 of Bravo television’s Top Chef. The show was filmed in fall 2021 in “The Bayou City” of Houston, Texas. The cooking reality television show premiered on March 2, 2022. She will compete against 14 other contestants for the title “Top Chef” as well as a grand prize of US$250, 000.
