Michael Weldon is an Australian chef and television presenter. He was previously a contestant in series 3 of MasterChef Australia where he finished second (runner-up). He appeared in season 14 of MasterChef Australia. The format is known as Fans & Favourites and features 12 new contestants and 12 former contestants. The season is expected to premiere on Monday, April 18, 2022. The filming took place at Centenary Hall, Royal Melbourne Showgrounds. The winner of MasterChef Australia usually takes home a quarter of a million dollars ($250,000). He was eliminated on June 12, 2022.
