Terrence Clarke was an American basketball player. He played college basketball for the Kentucky Wildcats. He was a consensus five-star recruit and one of the best shooting guards in the 2020 class. He completed his high school career at Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire.
He was announced to have made his commitment to the University of Kentucky over offers from Boston College, Duke, Memphis, Texas Tech, and UCLA on September 14, 2019. He also announced that he was reclassifying to the class of 2020. In his college debut on November 25, 2020, he posted 12 points, four rebounds, four assists, and three steals in an 81–45 win over Morehead State. He was limited to eight games during the season, seven in non-conference play and one in the SEC Tournament, making six starts and averaging 9.6 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 2.0 assists per game. He had suffered a foot injury missing 17 games before making a comeback in the SEC Tournament.
In March 2021, he announced that he would forgo his remaining college eligibility and enter the 2021 NBA draft. Together with basketball player Brandon Boston Junior, they had on Wednesday, April 21, 2021, signed with Klutch Sports.

The accident took place at around 2:10 PT on Winnetka Avenue. LAPD says the deceased was traveling at a high rate of speed when he ran a red light, hit another car turning left, and continued on to then hit a pole and block wall. Police say he was not wearing his seatbelt properly. He was taken to Northridge Hospital by the police where he was pronounced dead.
