Paul “PD” Dee is an Australian salesman for a brewery by day and a soccer coach by night (NPL Football Head Coach).He is also a contestant from Australian Survivor: Brains v Brawn II.
Before coaching, PD played for the National Soccer League and represented Australia but after hanging up his boots, he realised was not quite ready to stop and has been coaching for the last ten years (since 2014).
Hoping to use his coaching skills to coach his Brawn tribemates in the game, PD says, “I’ve always got plan A and plan B. Now, plan A is our game plan, but plan B is to do plan A even better. So, we are not gonna lose.”
Taking inspiration from previous players like Kirby and Hayley, PD loves the game and feels the living conditions and mental game play is something he can handle. The only thing he can’t handle will be leaving his family and dog at home.
PD jokes, “Please don’t tell my family this, but I will miss my dog, Rocky, the most out of everybody back home.”
