Over the past decade, Corwin has honed his skills in prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants across the U.S., including Le Coucou, The Nomad, and Acadia in Chicago. However, when the restaurant industry faced major shifts during the 2020 pandemic, he adapted by launching his own business as a private chef, traveling nationwide and hosting exclusive pop-up dining experiences.
Passionate about both food and aviation, Corwin defines his culinary style as “contemporary Caribbean,” blending traditional island flavors with modern fine-dining techniques. Now, he is focused on bringing this innovative approach to the forefront by establishing his own restaurant—where authentic Caribbean cuisine meets elevated gastronomy.
