Audra Morrice is a chef, author and television presenter.She has formerly worked as an account manager.She is a contestant in the 17th season of MasterChef Australia – Back to Win Concept.

Being a graduate in Economics and Japanese, Audra was a finalist in MasterChef Australia 2012. She proceeded to become co-host and judge on MasterChef Asia in 2015. Audra has also been on the panel of three judging on MasterChef Singapore season 4. She was also a guest judge on MasterChef Poland.

Chef Audra has her own cooking series, Tasty Conversations, broadcasting on SBS Food Network and Channel 10 in Australia, fyi broadcasting across Asia, Mediacorp in Singapore and audramorrice.com.au.

She is an author of two cookbooks “My Kitchen, Your Table” and “Cook & Feast” available in stores and online. Audra also creates bespoke food products for her clients.

She ran a catering business for private and corporate clients in Sydney and Singapore.

Audra has hosted numerous dining events in Singapore including at The Hotel Intercontinental Singapore, The Singapore Marriott Tangs Plaza, New Ubin Seafood Restaurant at CHIJMES in Singapore as part of the 2018 World Gourmet Summit, The Fullerton Hotel and for private clients at The Chefs Table, Capella. She has also collaborated with Petrina Loh at Morsels and Malcolm Lee at Candlenut for a second time this March.

Audra has been the Sustainable Gastronomic Tourism Ambassador for the Pacific Asia Travel Association, a non-for-profit travel organization and have given keynotes at various conferences including PATA’s Annual Summit 2022 in Ras El Khaimah UAE, Destination Marketing Forum in Hat Yai Songkhla Thailand, International Conference on Responsible Tourism and Hospitality 2022 in Kuching Sarawak, Web In Travel in Singapore.

She has participated in numerous other speaking engagements and most recently hosted the launch of The Regent’s Taste Studio in 2022, a luxury dining experience culminating gastronomy and art.

Audra is highly engaged in mentoring individuals through talks at numerous schools and is part of the Australia NOW program at The Temasek Culinary Institute in Singapore. She was also engaged to run training sessions for the Australian High Commission in Nepal to train local hospitality.

Audra has consulted extensively for various hospitality organizations in Singapore, Sydney, Malaysia and Thailand. She is an Ambassador with the Singapore Tourism Board and has worked on compaigns with Qantas and Destination NSW to be part of their very first Sydneyporean campaign.
