Prior to being in MasterChef season 4 he was working as a construction worker.
Following his last stint in the kitchen, Beau took up his dream opportunity to become a firefighter, but his love for food never waned and he has continued to build his skills in the kitchen.
Drawing his inspiration early from Jamie Oliver, firefighter Beau’s speciality is simple food made well from his own homegrown ingredients whenever possible. As an advocate for ‘re-wilding’, his future food dream involves more land, a bigger veggie patch and some animals.
According to his LinkedIn profile, he started working as a career firefighter at Country Fire Authority from August 2014. He then shifted to a Leading firefighter since 2020 at Fire Rescue Victoria.
