Comedian Phil Butler was an English Comedian, magician, stage artist, and host of The Green Room Podcast. He also served
as the producer of the dressing room podcast. He is acknowledged as the first comedian to perform for troops on the front line in Afghanistan and Iraq, receiving the Operational Service Medal for his time there. As well as his own act, he played the comic lead in pantomime and wrote for fellow performers including America’s Got Talent winner Paul Zerdin.
He served a long apprenticeship in holiday parks, end of the pier shows, pantos, cruise ships, and summer-season variety shows before joining the comedy circuit in 2001.
