Jack Ojiambo Biography – Jack Ojiambo Wiki

Jack Ojiambo was a Kenyan television host and former Capital FM and Nation Fm, presenter. He was known for being passionate about Jazz music which he pioneered at Capital FM. The late was the host of the well-known Jazz club show from its inception in 1996 till May 2013 when he issued a statement about him leaving the radio station.

Besides working as a radio host, he was also an advocate at A.F Gross & Co. Advocates and a legal officer at Agricultural Development Corporation.

He was well educated as he went to prestigious schools. He went to study at some of the top schools in Europe such as Kent college, St. Joseph’s Hall, Oxford and also studied at the Queen Mary University of London.

In his lifetime, he also made an effort to be in the political forum during the 2007 general election. He went ahead to vie for the seat of Member of Parliament Dagoreti North however he lost it to his opponent.

Your magic of putting Jazz across together with your multiple talents in this industry has left an indelible mark. Unforgettable modern radio legend!! #RIP.”

One of his fans also wrote, “Was his fan for over 10 years. And his must have been the longest stint at one station, same show in Kenya. Go well Jack Ojiambo.”
