He is a former Ole Miss Collegiate Duel-Athlete(2012-2017) and holds a Master’s in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mississippi.
Burdette was a four-year letterwinner for the Rebel football team, playing wide receiver and defensive back from 2012 to 2015. He was also a three-year letterwinner as a sprinter on the Ole Miss track and field team from 2013 to 2015.
After completing college, he joined a Big Four Accounting Firm in Atlanta. However, within four months, he realized that sitting indoors crunching numbers all day didn’t suit his high-energy personality. In 2019, he decided to return home to Mississippi and pursue a career in real estate.
His objective remained unchanged: to outperform others and demonstrate why he deserved the chance to cultivate relationships and assist clients. Since embarking on this path, he has cultivated numerous connections that have enabled him to negotiate and close over 725 transactions within his first four years.
He is committed to working diligently for his clients and advocating for their every desire and requirement. Actively involved in the community, he is renowned in his market for treating everyone with respect. Having been a former athlete, he understands the importance of showing up every day and putting in the effort. He employs methods like door-knocking and cold calling to deliver results for his clients. Commonly known as Q, he is a contestant on the 46th season of Survivor which is broadcast on CBS. Known for being competitive, Q said in his introductory interview that he is in it to win it.
“If I can make it to that final three, I’ll have the best tribal council you guys have ever seen, I can promise you that,” Burdette said.

Name three of your favorite hobbies: Fishing, riding four-wheelers/jet skis, and building houses.
List three adjectives that best describe yourself: Brave, polite, and proud.
How would your friends describe you? I think my friends would describe me as a crazy, risk-taking friend. They would probably add that I am the luckiest person they know. Most importantly, they would describe me as someone they can count on.
What risks have you taken in your life to make a change for the better, even if the outcome wasn’t planned? I started taking risks early in life. Being 1 of 17 kids you have to take risks. The biggest risk that changed my life for the better would have to be quitting my job to start my career in real estate.
What is the accomplishment you are most proud of? Being the first person in my entire family to graduate college.
What is something we would never know from looking at you? 1) I can eat 2 boxes of pizza in one sitting by myself. 2) That I can swim. 3) I am a joy to be around (what people tell me).
What past Survivor would you play the game most like? Bits and pieces from a lot of players.
