Ramsey Ann Naito is an American film producer of animated films and the president of Nickelodeon Animation. She is best known for her 2017 production The Boss Baby, which earned her several awards and nominations including an Academy Award nomination for Best Animated Feature. Her mother was a painter and her Japanese father came from a long line of Haiku artists. She is also the wife of Alex Winter who is an American actor and filmmaker. He played the slacker Bill in the 1989 film Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure and its sequels Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey and Bill & Ted Face the Music.
She is part of the movie Boss Baby 2 and was also nominated for the Producers Guild of America Award for Best Animated Motion Picture and Academy Award for Best Animated Feature Film. She became a recipient of both awards in 2018.

On February 2, 2018, her husband revealed that he was molested by an older man at age 13 while he was acting on Broadway. Her husband refused to name his abuser, but revealed he is coping with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) since the incident, saying; “I had extreme PTSD for many, many years, and that will wreak havoc on you”.
