Rebekah Neumann is an American businesswoman and the wife of Adam Neumann an Israeli-American billionaire businessman and investor who cofounded WeWork.
Growing up in Bedford, New York, she attended the Horace Mann School. She proceeded to study business and Buddhism at Cornell University. The Bedford native later became a certified Jivamukti yoga instructor. She received her yoga instructor certification from the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies. When she began her yoga training, she went by the nickname Rebi.
Following her graduation from college, she joined Salomon Smith Barney’s Sales and Trading Program, which was renamed Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. In the early 2010s, she acted and produced some short films using the screen name Rebekah Keith.
Her husband, Adam Neumann, and Miguel McKelvey co-founded WeWork in 2010. In 2019 Rebekah Neumann started calling herself a cofounder of WeWork.

Since the collapse of WeWork and associated companies, it has been discovered that she played a key role in WeWork’s downfall.
