Ursula Sieg is a German actress, voice actress, and radio play announcer. She is best known as a voice actress in the role of Blanche Devereaux, played by Rue McClanahan, in the series golden Girls and Golden Palace. She received her acting training from Eduard Marks and was already making her debut at the Junges Theater, which later became the Ernst-Deutsch-Theater. She then made guest appearances at the Thalia Theater in Hamburg and at stages in Lübeck and Hanover. In 1962 Sieg returned to the Junges Theater, where she met Wolfgang Petersen, to whom she was married from 1970 to 1978.

She made her camera debut in the 1958 feature film Grabenplatz 17, directed by Erich Engels, in the role of Margot Quast. She then appeared in many productions of the 1960s and 1970s, such as The Castle, A Coffin for Mr. Holloway, Charley’s Aunt, Call the Police, and Crime Scene.
