Tran Jeong is a Vietnamese American family physician and the wife of actor Ken Jeong, who is known for his portrayal of Ben Chang in the sitcom ‘Community’ and the gangster Leslie Chow in The Hangover film series. She is a graduate of the David Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and has been practicing as a family physician for nearly twenty years. She has a degree in Medicine.
She is also a board-certified family physician who is licensed to practice medicine in California. At the moment, she is a practitioner in Woodland Hills, California. She also has another second practice in Thousand Oaks, California.

Tran Jeong Breast Cancer
In the year 2008, almost one year after the birth of their children, she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She afterward underwent 16 chemotherapy sessions and a mastectomy. She was later treated with radiation therapy. All through the entire experience, her husband was present as her caregiver. Her doctors declared her cancer-free in October 2010.
