Nneka Ejere is an American pharmacist and entrepreneur. She was a castaway in the American competition television series Survivor which is in its 43rd season. The season premiered on September 21, 2022, on CBS and Global. She was announced as one of 18 contestants alongside Noelle Lambert, Geo Bustamante, Cassidy Clark, and others. Filming took place in Fiji for an eleventh consecutive season. She formed part of the Vesi Tribe in the competition. She became the third person and the second Vesi member to be eliminated from the show.
Ejere is a professional pharmacist as well as an entrepreneur. According to her LinkedIn profile, she has worked as the director of operations at Genoa Healthcare in her most recent role. Prior to that, she worked at CVS Health in different capacities such as a district leader, district pharmacy supervisor, and pharmacy manager. She has also served as a staff pharmacist for CVS Pharmacy. She is a graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Ahmadu Bello University. Nneka was one of the castaways from Survivor 43 along with other seventeen contestants. Nneka is the oldest woman to compete on Survivor 43. She became the third person to be eliminated from the show. She is also the second person from the Vesi tribe to be voted out of the show. She was up against Noelle however she got three votes that voted her out while Noelle just received one vote.
She has revealed that her father is her greatest hero. She stated that her father has accomplished so much, overcome obstacles in his lifetime, and has helped so many other people to break the cycle of poverty in his extended family. The past survivor that she would like to emulate is Cirie because she loves to connect and do so easily. She will play hard without seeming to be on the surface.
She said she believed she would be the sole survivor since she can accomplish anything she has set her mind to. She can influence others to make decisions, is resilient, and always gives 100% in everything that she does.
