Te Kohe Tuhaka best known as TK is a New Zealand professional Actor, Director, and Producer. He is known for The Dead Lands, Love and Monsters, and 6 Days. He is a contestant in Celebrity Treasure Island 2022. The show premiered on September 5, 2022, and the winner will receive NZ$100,000 for the charity of their choice. He studied drama at Toi Whakaari drama school. He then began his career in acting and was featured in Taika Waititi’s shrt film Tama Tū, language learning show Kōrero Mai, Shortland Street, and playing All Black Jerome Kaino (in the TV movie The Kick). As a presenter, he has been the host of TV’s Marae Kai Masters and the fashion show Freestyle. Onstage, he was praised by Time Out Australia for his “extraordinary intensity” in the solo play Michael James Manaia. The longtime action fan played villain Wirepa in te Reo movie The Dead Lands, then later co-starred in the Dead Lands TV series. Besides his career on screen, he is also a professional fitness trainer.
