Phythian was a minor character and has performed stunts in various movies and television shows. She is also a martial instructor. Victor is a movie producer and director known for Furor: Rage of The Innocent (2008) and The Summer Of The Massacre (2006). He was also the stuntman in Landlord: Time To Pay The Rent in 2015.

With his wife, the couple has been accused by an unnamed woman of grooming and having sex with her when she was a 13-year-old girl. His wife Phythian, and Marke, face 14 charges of sexual activity with a child in the United Kingdom. In a police interview played at Nottingham Crown Court, the BBC reported, that the woman alleged that the sexual abuse started in 2005 when she was 13 and continued until she was 15.
The woman, who has not been publicly identified by officials and is in her late 20s, testified in court Thursday, April 28, 2022. The couple has denied the allegations. The couple and their representatives did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
The woman looked up to Phythian, she said in the police interview, according to the BBC. “I knew it was wrong, but I just didn’t know how to get out of the situation or say anything,” the woman said in the police interview. “I remember trying to copy Zara’s reaction at the time because I looked up to her and tried to be like her in any way.”
The woman alleges that the abuse started when Phythian provided her with alcohol and persuaded her to have oral sex with Marke. She testified that she felt as though Phythian “coached” her to “get better at the sexual activity,” the Nottingham Post reported. In the police interview, the woman also said Marke threatened to harm her if she told anyone about the alleged abuse, the BBC reported.
Phythian and Marke were not married at the time of the alleged abuse. Phythian was 20 or 21, and Marke would have been 42 or 43. The Nottingham Post reported that the woman said in her testimony that she would not have come forward with the allegations if the police had not approached her first.” I could never have made a report,” she said. “I would have died with my shame.”Having a child of her own pushed her to speak out, she said.”At that time, I had just become a mum and had no option other than to speak my truth and never allow it to happen to anyone else again,” she said.

With his wife, the couple groomed and sexually abused a girl together. Marke also sexually abused another girl on his own. His wife Phythian was found guilty of 14 sexual offenses at Nottingham Crown Court while he was found guilty of 18. The court heard the couple met when he was her martial arts instructor, and she went on to have a successful career in martial arts, as a stuntwoman, and actress.
When he gave his evidence at Nottingham Crown Court, he admitted sexual activity with one of the girls but claimed she was 18 at the time. The prosecution said he had engaged in numerous “threesomes” with the girl and Phythian, starting when the girl was 13. However, Marke claimed the sexual activity happened on only one occasion and said his wife Phythian was not involved.
When Phythian gave her evidence, she denied any kind of sexual activity with the girl. The couple was in a relationship when they abused the girl and later married in 2015. She stood trial under her married name of Zara Marke. Victor Marke, from Mavis Avenue, Ravenshead, Nottinghamshire, was found guilty of the following charges:
Four counts of indecently assaulting a child, in relation to a 15-year-old girl he abused between 2002 and 2003. Fourteen counts of sexual activity with a child, in relation to a girl he and Phythian, abused between 2005 and 2008, when the girl was aged 13, 14, and 15.
Throughout the trial, the couple had been on bail, but Judge Mark Watson remanded them into custody after the guilty verdicts, and said he would sentence them on May 16, 2022. He told them: “Both of you know the sentence I pass on May 16, is likely to be measured by a considerable period of custody.”
Phythian has been handed an eight-year sentence, while Marke has been sentenced to 14 years in prison. They will have to serve at least half of their sentences before being considered for parole.
